IMPORTANT NOTICE: Do not use your Sandia Cyber Credentials until you have read and understood these conditions and limitations, and agree to be bound by them.
A sponsor at Sandia National Laboratories has requested that you be given electronic access to specific information at Sandia. Prior to receiving this access, Sandia requires you to review the entire contents of this document and then fill out and submit the form at the end. By submitting the form, you are signifying that you acknowledge and will comply with all of the terms described herein. If you do not understand a condition or limitation contained in this document, please contact your Sandia sponsor, and do not submit this form until you are satisfied that you understand the meaning and effect of this document.
Following Sandia's receipt of this completed form, Sandia will grant you non-commercial, non-transferable, electronic access to specific information using Sandia Cyber Credentials issued solely for your use in accordance with the following conditions and limitations.
Cyber Security
Your activities on Sandia's information system are logged. You have no implicit or explicit expectation of access or privacy during use.
You will not share your password. You will immediately report all security occurrences related to your access that could be of a security concern (including unauthorized use of your Sandia Cyber Credentials or a Sandia owned system). You also will report any potential threats and vulnerabilities involving Sandia information systems to your Sandia sponsor. Note that you are responsible for any unauthorized use of your Sandia Cyber Credentials until you have terminated your access.
You will not attempt to subvert the security or protective features of Sandia's information systems. You will not attempt to install software, programs, or executable instructions of any kind into Sandia's information systems nor input information, files, or data into them other than those for which you have authorized access and for the business use authorized by your sponsor.
You will not copy, reproduce, duplicate, modify, lend, sell or otherwise transfer, in whole or part, any Sandia information, except for the purposes of the specific business use authorized by your Sandia sponsor. You will protect any information removed from a Sandia system consistent with the information or system's marked level of sensitivity.
You will not place Sandia information on computing equipment or information resources personally owned by you or for your personal use, gain, access, or exploitation.
You will ensure that system media and system output are properly marked, controlled, and stored based on the direction of your Sandia sponsor.
Conditions for Continued Access
Sandia may immediately and without prior notice terminate your access to information and your Sandia Cyber Credentials, if you fail to comply with the terms of this agreement or for any other reason. Your need for access to specific information will be re-evaluated by your Sandia sponsor annually at a minimum, and you will be required to review and accept the terms of this document at this time to maintain access.
You will terminate your access to the specific information and your Sandia Cyber Credentials by giving notice in writing to your Sandia sponsor when your access to the system is no longer necessary. Termination will be effective upon acknowledged receipt of this notice by your Sandia sponsor. By filling out and submitting the form below, I certify that I have read this entire document, understand the meaning and effect of its contents, and agree to conform to its requirements. I recognize that my agreement with Sandia National Laboratory under these conditions and limitations is personal to me and I may not assign or otherwise transfer it to any other person.
